Another piece for the new Badab book. We needed a rebel vehicle and Huron has a somewhat well documented love of Dreadnoughts. I figured an Ironclad would be right up his alley.
I'm guessing you'll drill the barrels on the Hurricane Bolter later? You'll have a very nice looking Ironclad then. Really looking forward to seeing the finished work with the painted base.
Good work there, love the retro tiger stipe camouflage. I think Hurricane bolters suck, 3 twin-linked? Naf. Much rather a DCCW and Seismic H with Melta and Hvy Flamer underslung. What do you prefer? This loadout? Or are you saving the juicy bits for your own army...
I dunno. In close, 6 twin-linked bolter shots aren't BAD. They're not GREAT, but it's something for infantry to think about, and means the dread can still do something if immobilized.
Still, I'd rather get double Dread CCWs myself.
The paintjob is pretty sweet, and the Hurricane Bolter looks intimidating, at the very least.

I wasn't going to bother with the Ironclad Dreadnought, but after seeing this I just may give it a chance.

It is a cool Ironclad toy, I have a collection and I'm close to the 5000 models.
