Wonderful model and not to 'schmoo' the party, but isn't a relic blade a two handed weapon?
There isn't really such a thing as a 'two-handed weapon', it's true that you cannot get +1 attack when it is combined with another CCW, but it does not prevent him from using a Storm Shield.
